## How it works

1. The shopkeeper adds stock (scan barcodes or type) and prints the shop's QR code once.
2. A customer scans the QR code, fills a basket in the browser and sends the order with a name and phone number.
3. The order arrives in the same app the shop bills from; the shop accepts it within two minutes.
4. The customer collects it or has it delivered, and pays the shop directly.

### What happens if I stop paying?

Your stock, khata, sales and reports stay yours and remain readable, and you can back them up any time. Only new bills, item changes and the storefront pause until you recharge. Nothing is ever deleted for non-payment.

### How do I delete my DotMart account?

In the app go to Settings → Delete my account, or verify your mobile number at dotmart.in/delete-account, or email support@dotmart.in. For a shop owner this deletes the shop and all its data.
